Saved Addresses
Saved Addresses requires a Premium or Premium Plus plan. All plans keep the 15 most recent lookups in a temporary history, but only Premium and above can save addresses permanently.
Saved Addresses is your permanent library of Colorado addresses you want to monitor over time. Unlike the Recent list — which rotates as you run new lookups — saved addresses stay in your account until you explicitly delete them, and they receive weekly analytics snapshots.
Saving an address
After running a lookup on any address, a Save this address button appears at the top of the results page. Click it and the address is immediately added to your Saved Addresses list in the dashboard.
You can also save directly from the Recent list: find the address under Dashboard → Recent, click the bookmark icon, and it moves into Saved.
There is no limit on how many addresses you can save on Premium or Premium Plus.
The saved addresses list
Dashboard → Saved opens a list of all your saved addresses. Each row shows:
- Address — full street address
- Composite score — the overall 0–100 score at last snapshot
- Last updated — when the most recent weekly snapshot was taken
- Tags — any tags you've applied
- Alert indicator — a flag if any category score changed significantly since the last snapshot
You can sort the list by date saved, composite score (ascending or descending), or alphabetically by address. Use the search bar at the top of the list to filter by street name, city, or zip code.
Pinning addresses
Pin up to 5 addresses to the top of your list regardless of sort order. Pinned addresses get a pushpin icon and always appear first. This is useful for addresses you check frequently — active home searches, investment properties under evaluation, or a client's current home.
To pin: hover over a row and click the pin icon (or use the row's overflow menu → Pin).
Tags
Tags let you organize saved addresses into meaningful groups. Examples:
Candidates— addresses you're actively comparingUnder Contract— homes in escrowInvestment— rental or flip propertiesClients— addresses saved on behalf of clientsPast Homes— previous residences for reference
To add a tag, click the tag icon on any saved address row and type a new tag or select an existing one. Tags are freeform — create as many as you need. Filter the list by tag using the tag dropdown above the list.
Viewing an address
Clicking any saved address opens the full results page for that address, exactly as if you'd just looked it up — but with the addition of an Analytics tab showing the historical trend data for that address. The Analytics tab is exclusive to saved addresses.
Removing an address
To remove a saved address, hover over the row and click the trash icon (or use the overflow menu → Remove). You'll see a confirmation prompt.
Removing an address deletes all associated analytics snapshots for that address. This action is permanent. If you want to temporarily stop receiving alerts for an address without losing the history, pause alerts in the address's settings instead.
Removing a saved address deletes all analytics history for it. This cannot be undone. If you're on the fence, consider adding the address to a Archived tag and filtering it out of your main view instead.
