Plan requirement

The embeddable widget requires a Premium Plus plan ($109/mo or $85/mo annually).

The DoesItHaveIt? widget is a JavaScript embed that adds Colorado address intelligence to any website. With a single script tag, your visitors can enter an address and see the same rich data cards — internet, transit, grocery access, air quality, and more — that they'd see on doesithaveit.com, without leaving your site.

What the widget is​

The widget is a self-contained JavaScript component that you add to your website's HTML. It renders a search bar (or auto-displays results for a pre-configured address) and fetches data from the DoesItHaveIt? API using your API token. Results are displayed in a styled card panel that can be configured to match your site's visual theme.

The widget requires an API token tied to your Premium Plus account. Each time the widget loads and makes an API call, it consumes one widget embed request from your credit balance. You receive 5,000 widget embed requests per month on Premium Plus.

Who the widget is for​

The widget is designed for platforms and businesses that want to add address intelligence to their existing user flows without building their own data pipelines:

  • Real estate listing sites — add neighborhood scores to every property listing so buyers can evaluate an address without leaving your MLS or IDX portal
  • Property management platforms — show prospective tenants transit scores, grocery access, and air quality data for available units
  • Apartment listing and rental platforms — surface neighborhood quality data alongside rent, square footage, and photos
  • Mortgage and financial tools — incorporate neighborhood data into refinance and purchase decision tools
  • Relocation services — help corporate clients compare neighborhoods for employees being relocated to Colorado
  • Home search apps — build a complete home research experience without sourcing data from multiple providers

What it shows​

The widget displays the same data cards available in the main DoesItHaveIt? app, filtered to the data categories you choose to enable. By default, all plan-appropriate cards are shown. You can configure which cards to display in the widget settings and via data attributes on the embed snippet.

The widget respects the data card set of your plan — it does not unlock features beyond your Premium Plus subscription.

Quick example use case​

A Colorado real estate brokerage embeds the DoesItHaveIt? widget on each property listing page. The address is pre-populated from the listing data, so when a buyer views the property, they immediately see the neighborhood's transit score, broadband options, air quality, and grocery access — all without navigating away. The brokerage uses this to differentiate their listing experience and reduce "what's the neighborhood like?" calls from buyers.

What you need to get started​

  1. A Premium Plus plan (active subscription)
  2. An API token (generated in Dashboard → Widget → Tokens)
  3. Access to add a <script> tag to your website's HTML

Attribution​

All implementations of the widget must display the DoesItHaveIt? attribution ("Powered by DoesItHaveIt?") within the widget panel. This attribution cannot be hidden or styled to be invisible. It links back to doesithaveit.com. This is a condition of use for all widget deployments.
