Your Portal Overview

The DoesItHaveIt? dashboard is your personal command center once you're signed in. Everything about your account — saved addresses, analytics, billing, promotions, and support — lives here, accessible from a single persistent sidebar.

You reach the dashboard by signing in at doesithaveit.com/signin and clicking your profile avatar, or by navigating directly to doesithaveit.com/dashboard.

What's in the dashboard

The dashboard is organized into six main areas:

SectionWhat it doesPlan required
LookupRun a new address lookup directly from the dashboardAll plans (including Free)
Saved AddressesView, organize, and manage your permanently saved addressesPremium and above
AnalyticsCharts and trend data for your saved addresses over timePremium and above
PromotionCreate and manage featured business listingsPremium and above
BillingManage your plan, view invoices, purchase credit packsAll plans
SupportSubmit and track support ticketsAll plans

The sidebar

The left sidebar is always visible on desktop and collapses to a bottom nav on mobile. Each section is one click away regardless of where you are in the dashboard.

The top of the sidebar shows your current plan badge (Free, Upgrade, Premium, or Premium Plus) and a quick link to upgrade if you're on a lower tier. Sections that require a higher plan still appear in the sidebar — clicking them shows a brief upgrade prompt rather than hiding them entirely, so you always know what's available.

Recent lookups vs. saved addresses

The dashboard keeps the 15 most recent lookups you've run in a Recent list, regardless of plan. These are not permanent — they rotate out as you run more lookups. If you want to keep an address long-term, you need to explicitly save it (Premium and above). Saved addresses live in their own section and stay until you delete them.

Notifications

The dashboard surfaces any active alerts at the top of the page: credit balance warnings, billing issues, or score change alerts for your saved addresses. You can manage which notifications you receive in Settings → Notifications.

Mobile access

The full dashboard is responsive and works on phones and tablets. The sidebar collapses to an icon bar at the bottom of the screen on smaller viewports. All functionality — including saving addresses, viewing analytics, and managing billing — is available on mobile.
