Navigating the Dashboard
The dashboard sidebar is the backbone of your experience. Each section is described below so you know exactly where to find what you need.
Sidebar sections
Lookup
Available on: All plans, including Free
The Lookup section is a full address search bar sitting right inside the dashboard. Type any Colorado address and get results immediately without navigating back to the homepage. This is the fastest path to running a new lookup when you're already signed in.
Results open in a full-page view with all the data cards your plan includes. From the results page, Premium users can save the address with a single click.
Saved Addresses
Available on: Premium, Premium Plus
Your permanently bookmarked addresses live here. The list shows each address with a quick summary card: composite score, last updated date, and any active alerts. You can sort by date saved, score, or alphabetically. You can also tag addresses (e.g., "Candidates," "Under Contract," "Investment") and filter the list by tag.
Premium users can save unlimited addresses. The 15-item Recent list in the overview is separate and available on all plans — Saved is the permanent, unlimited version.

Analytics
Available on: Premium, Premium Plus
The Analytics section shows how the scores for your saved addresses have changed over time. Each address gets a weekly snapshot so you can track trends — is a neighborhood's transit score improving? Did air quality dip after wildfire season?
The section opens with a summary view across all saved addresses, then lets you drill into any individual address for detailed trend charts and the full history of weekly snapshots.

Promotion
Available on: Premium (1 listing slot), Premium Plus (5 listing slots)
The Promotion section is where local businesses manage featured listings. A featured listing appears to users who run address lookups near your business location. You can create, edit, pause, and delete listings here, and you can see real-time credit spend (impressions and clicks) for each active listing.
Premium includes 1 listing slot and 1,000 promotion credits per month. Premium Plus includes 5 slots and 5,000 promotion credits per month. Additional credit packs can be purchased in the Billing section.

Billing
Available on: All plans
The Billing section covers everything financial:
- Plan — your current plan, next renewal date, option to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel
- Invoices — downloadable PDF invoices for all past charges
- Widget Credits — current balance, usage history, option to buy additional packs (Premium Plus only)
- Promotion Credits — current balance, usage history, option to buy additional packs (Premium and above)
- Payment Method — update your card or billing address

Support
Available on: All plans
The Support section lets you submit a help ticket and track the status of open tickets. When you open a ticket, you choose a category (Billing, Technical, Data Question, Other) and describe the issue. The support team responds via email and within the ticket thread.
Premium Plus subscribers are flagged for priority support and can expect faster response times.

Settings
Available on: All plans
Settings covers your account configuration:
- Profile — name, email address
- Password — change your password
- Notifications — weekly digest emails, score change alerts
- Two-Factor Authentication — TOTP-based 2FA (strongly recommended)
- Connected Accounts — OAuth connections if you signed up with Google
- Danger Zone — delete your account (permanent)
