Your First Lookup
Getting your first address lookup takes about 30 seconds. Here's what to expect.
Step 1: Enter an address
Go to doesithaveit.com and type a Colorado address into the search bar on the homepage. Start typing and the autocomplete will suggest matching addresses — select the one you want.
You do not need an account to run your first lookup. Free lookups are available without signing in.
Before you run the lookup, choose the decision lens that matches what you are trying to do:

Step 2: Read your results
After you select an address, the results page loads with cards organized by category:
The score bar
At the top of the results you'll see a composite score (0–100) for the address. This is a weighted average across the data categories. A higher score means the address has better access to services, infrastructure, and amenities overall.
The score changes by intent. For example, an address can score well for Investing because it has strong transit, rent benchmarks, permit activity, and tenant-friendly amenities, even if it is not the highest-scoring option for a quiet long-term home purchase.
Category cards
Each card covers one category. Cards are color-coded by score:
- Green (70–100): strong coverage in this category
- Yellow (40–69): moderate coverage
- Red (0–39): limited coverage
What each card shows

Step 3: Explore the map
Below the cards, the map view lets you visually explore the address. Toggle different data layers on and off — transit stops, permit activity, nearby businesses, and more.
Step 4: Compare (optional)
To compare this address against another, click Add to comparison and run a second search. The comparison view puts both addresses side by side across all categories. Free accounts can compare up to 2 addresses; Upgrade and above can compare up to 5.
Step 5: Save or export (optional)
- Save the address to your dashboard (requires Premium or higher) to track it over time and get weekly analytics snapshots.
- Export as CSV (requires Upgrade or higher) to download all the raw data for your own analysis.
No results?
If the lookup returns empty cards or an error, it usually means:
- The address is outside Colorado (we only cover CO addresses currently)
- The address format wasn't recognized — try entering just the street address and city, without apartment/unit numbers
- A data provider is temporarily unavailable — try again in a few minutes
