Credit systems
DoesItHaveIt? has two completely separate credit systems. They do not pool and cannot be transferred between pools:
- Promotion credits — consumed by featured business listing impressions and clicks. Included on Premium (1,000/mo) and Premium Plus (5,000/mo). Additional packs available for purchase.
- Widget credits (widget embed requests) — consumed each time the embeddable widget loads on an external page. Included on Premium Plus only (5,000/mo). Additional packs available for purchase.
Credits from both systems never expire — unused credits accumulate indefinitely while your subscription is active. Purchasing additional packs of both types at the same time qualifies for a bundle discount. See the Billing docs for full pricing details.
Annual billing
Switching to annual billing locks in the discounted monthly rate for the full year:

Annual plans are billed as a single upfront charge. Cancellations on annual plans do not receive prorated refunds for unused months.
The widget
The embeddable widget is a Premium Plus exclusive feature. It is a JavaScript embed that adds DoesItHaveIt? address lookup capabilities to any external website. It requires generating an API token in the dashboard and is tracked separately through widget embed request credits, not promotion credits.

Choosing a plan
- Free — individual home buyers, renters, or curious users who want unlimited address lookups and side-by-side comparison of up to 2 addresses.
- Upgrade — users who need permit data, extended search radius, or want to export results to CSV. Good for investors or agents doing light research.
- Premium — users who want to track addresses over time, receive weekly alerts, run a business listing, or monitor neighborhood trends. Best for active home buyers, real estate investors, and small businesses.
- Premium Plus — real estate platforms, property management companies, MLS tools, or high-volume businesses that need the embeddable widget and multiple promotion slots.
