Premium is the full-featured individual tier. It adds everything in Upgrade plus the ability to save and monitor addresses permanently, weekly analytics tracking, the Events card, and business promotion capabilities. For active home buyers, real estate investors, and local businesses, Premium provides ongoing intelligence rather than one-off snapshots.

What you get on Premium
Everything in Upgrade, plus:
Saved addresses — unlimited
Save any Colorado address permanently to your dashboard. Saved addresses stay in your account until you delete them and receive a weekly data snapshot every Sunday. There is no cap on how many addresses you can save.
Unlike the 15-item Recent list (available on all plans), saved addresses persist indefinitely and accumulate analytics history over time.
Weekly analytics snapshots
Every saved address gets a weekly data snapshot: all category scores are recalculated and stored as a time-series data point. After a few weeks, you can see trend charts showing how scores have changed — internet infrastructure improvements, seasonal air quality shifts, new transit stops, or increased permit activity nearby.
The Analytics Dashboard (Dashboard → Analytics) shows trend charts, sparklines, and a breakdown table for each saved address.
Weekly trend digest email
Every Monday morning, you receive a digest email summarizing the previous week's snapshot results for all your saved addresses. The email highlights any addresses with significant score changes and provides a direct link to view the full analytics.
You can disable this email in Settings → Notifications if you prefer to check the dashboard manually.
Events card
Every lookup now includes an Events card showing concerts, festivals, and sporting events within 10 miles of the address, sourced from major ticketing and community-event feeds. Events data is current, so the card reflects what's actually scheduled — it's most useful for understanding the entertainment character of a neighborhood (vibrant vs. quiet) and for assessing proximity to large-venue traffic.

Promotion — 1 listing slot + 1,000 promotion credits/month
Premium includes the ability to create one featured business listing. A promotion listing appears to users who run address lookups near your business location. It shows your business name, description, category, website, and hours.
Every time someone sees your listing (impression) or clicks through to your website, it costs promotion credits:
- 1 credit per impression
- 2 credits per click
- 3 credits per details view
Your plan includes 1,000 promotion credits per month. Credits never expire — unused credits accumulate indefinitely while your subscription is active. Additional credit packs can be purchased in Dashboard → Billing → Promotion Credits.
Promotion credits and widget embed request credits are completely separate systems. Widget credits are a Premium Plus feature. The promotion credits included with your Premium plan cannot be used for widget embed requests, and vice versa.

How to start a 14-day trial
- Go to Dashboard → Billing → Change plan, or click any Premium upgrade prompt
- Select Premium and choose monthly or annual billing
- Enter your payment method (charged only after the trial ends)
- Full Premium access begins immediately
Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged. After the trial ends, you're billed on the same date each cycle.
